  I have two recent experiences.  The first was a commercial unit that needed a new door.  It was not urgent.  However, They did a great job, in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable.  The second was our personal home.  The coil had broken and my wife’s car was trapped inside.  They were there promptly and took care of the repair.  Thanks Overhead Door of Springdale!

  We broke a spring, common problem. I called at 330pm on a Monday to get a price and next available appt, the tech showed up around 1045am the next morning and by 1130am it was fixed. I wish all things were this easy. 5 stars for me.

  My garage door broke and would not open. I called the first garage door company that popped up on google search. They came out same day and said I needed to replace everything at $3900.00. Or he could fix it temporarily for $691.00. I declined and called Overhead. The employee that answered the phone was very helpful. She was able to get a tech out with in an hour.
